This place is absolutely stunning! Loved staying here truly an unforgettable place with an amazing view from the top floor jacuzzi! Would definitely recommend this place it felt like a home away from home! Without a doubt one of the best places we have stayed at while in Vegas!!
My husband and I really enjoyed this fantastic suite with an amazing view. The tub is great and comfortably fits two people. The dishwasher was handy too. The host team is very attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Did I mention that the view is spectacular?! Thanks for a great stay. :)
Room was as Advertised. The view is beautiful, though takes some getting used to being so high when on the balcony. I found the bed comfortable and the shower has excellent water pressure. There is a refrigerator (small), stove, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and dishes. The hotel staff are welcoming and the added benefit of no resort or parking fees is nice. The fitness center is what you'd expect for a hotel and has all of what you'd need while on vacation or business trip. The location is also fine. I had conference at Mandalay bay and it wasn't bad when you factor in the moving walkways and use of the tram. There's plenty to do and a variety of nice restaurants. I called Alex's team with questions and they were always quick to answer, responsive, and helpful. I'd stay here again.
This stay was great. Their initial communication is very clear and when you have questions during your stay, they answer quickly and clearly. The space was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room is conveniently located. Third floor, right off the elevator and it’s near a fire exit. It connects to the MGM Grand and monorail/ all the other hotels via a series of hallways. It’s about a 10-12 min walk indoors to get to the main lobby of the Grand/ the monorail from the unit. Check-in/ check-out process was smooth as a breeze. I like that. Also, SVS accommodated my request to allow my friend to check in because they arrived before me, but I’m making the reservation. They communicated with the MGM Signature’s concierge and it was effortless from there. I like this Airbnb for the price (relative to the hotel’s price & surrounding area pricing)
This is our 2nd stay with 1 of StripViewSuites rental places. And as always, it is always a great experience. In fact, it is way better than we expected. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
Not everyone has the same budget, but a place like this is definitely the place to be when you want space, alot less foot traffic, and ease of access to lots of big name stores located shortly arround the property. This was my second time staying here and again I was reminded why I loved it so much the first time. Easy check in, short drive to Walmart and Costco for food, Sonic across the street, and Chick-fil-A and Dell taco a CVS right below. Perefect. Full sized appliances made cooking and storing groceries easy, and the washer and dryer were a lifesaver! Worth every pennie and hope they can open the casino back up!
This was a great place to stay! Awesome location, we were able to walk the strip and Uber to other locations without a problem. The apartment had enough space for 4 people. We were not crowded or standing in line for the bathroom. I love the master bathroom, plenty of storage.
The unit is exactly as described. You have a great balcony view that faces the strip but far enough back from the action that the room is truly silent at night (some of the best nights of sleep we've had in Vegas in quite some time lol). Staff onsite were great. Checkin / valet / Checkout all went exactly as per our instructions. Absolutely nothing negative at all. Will be our top choice for place to stay on our next visit. Some specific details : View in this room overlooks the pool but you are high enough above that there is very little noise. The jet tub is amazing. Two main options to walk to the strip. If you go through MGM its all indoors. There are some very slow moving walkways if you need to take a quick break when you go this route. If you need to get further up the strip more quickly, you can take the street out the main front entry gate and walk up a few blocks and you end up at Planet Hollywood (can cut through the shops there to bypass further up). Outdoor walk was much faster to get to places as its a more direct path to the strip. Rideshare is directly outside the main buildings - quick and easy to get Lyft/Uber. Valet parking does fill up. If you dont get there early enough you will have to self park. We never had to do this but were told it was a bit away. Definitely be prepared to do this on the busy nights if you take your car out
It is so worth it to stay at Palms Place. The size of the room, the bathroom, the rain shower, the jacuzzi tub, the kitchen, the closet, the amenities were all on point. Easy access from the free parking to the tower. There is a security guard right there at the elevators. Gives you piece of mind. Super easy to get anywhere you want to go in Las Vegas. So comfortable and relaxing atmosphere!!
